i have visited each  site twice and it still shoes i've only completed three. is there a"code" i may use from tes to show i've completed these. i"ve found "codes" id's for other problems but not this one. help is appreciated.

You don't say whether you've made all of the various offerings. However, this page from the UESP wiki should be of help:
