Well, the Morrowind modding section of Bethsoft's official forums still seems pretty active. And I myself still have several WIP mods that I hope to get finished up one of these days.

Thats nice to know mate. Seen a few of your things in the past not bad at all.

My son and I have been working on and off a mod for the past 5 years now and I have just picked up where we left off - was doing it for fun but if there is still interest it may be worth making a real effort.

It has over 200 new textures and models at the moment over 100 NPCs (50% with side quests) and a land mass > Bloodmoon lol

It is quite amazing though after 6 months of not touching it you forget how to script.....it took me two hours last night to script a simple "move position NPC" to coincide with time of day rofl

What you working on these days?

Had that problem about 6 months ago when I went back to finish up a companion mod I'd started shortly before Oblivion's release (bet the person who originally requested the mod is long gone, of course Wink). That's why I have a printed copy of GhanBuriGhan's "Scripting for Dummies" guide around still (albeit an old version, from way back when he was still updating it).

Haven't really spent much time on modding lately, to be honest. (Well, that and a slight lack of inspiration lately. Wink)

However, I do still have several old WIP mods for Morrowind sitting around on one of my hard drives, as well as a couple projects for Oblivion and Fallout 3.

Didn't like Oblivion and drew the line there when it came out.

My son has just sent me a new story (I'm old by the way lol) that he had been working on and I think we shall be starting that soon and leaving the one above for amusement/ learning purposes only.

I have zero imagination and zero inspiration 100% of the time. I need pushing in the right direction or I just stare at the screen and become arty making scenary hence the size of my islands rofl

Once he supplies a story for me I'm up and running and don't usually go to anything else until I am done with it.

I do run a site for the AI scripters league for Age of Kings still believe it or not and that tends to take a chunk of spare time from me.

I have now found myself retired and bored so hopefully will be doing a fair bit on the Morrowind mod side of things. I may also jump on the Tamriel rebuilt bandwaggon and see if I can help them out as they are so bloody slow! I could have made that map size by now haha on my own >.<

More then enough Wink  There are even new ones popping up.
But alot of modders seem not to use the official forums that often anymore since that change.
They stay at other places, like GHF. There are some of the well-known ones which have retired for a couple of years ago.
I know that Westly, Jac, Fliggerty and Emma are still active.
It's good to see here that the admin of this site is still active. Haven't seen you for a while, baratheon79.

Ah now I remember Emma and Qarl but most of the others slip my mind. I think Canadian Ice was another but as it has been so long I just cant remember.

I do go on Bethesda's forum now and then but dont really post much. A lot of the people there are a little up their own arses and think they know everything but you never see anything by them rofl
